夫婦2人で、大阪府豊中市蛍池にて３８年営業しています。天然物の魚と野菜たっぷりの家庭料理が自慢。主に日本海の浜坂湾で取れた魚介物を扱っております。当店では、冷凍物を一切使用していません。500ml 400円の生ビール（発泡酒ではありません）で乾杯！

甘エビの造り、殻付きほたてのバター焼き

本日のお勧めは、甘エビの造りと、殻付きほたてのバター焼きです。ホタテは塩焼きも承ります。写真はホタテのバター焼きです。

My resolution is to become more healthy, which means work out and loose some weight so I can get off BP meds and so that I won’t need Chloresterol meds to start. Also, to stop procrastinating and saying I work best under pressure. (I work great anytime, so why wait til its under pressure….ha ha ) Also to be more vocal about what I want and what I will do and what I won’t do, say NO and stick to it. I will not be in the house with my father-in-law any more than I absolutely have to. (Thank God I have the store to recluse to)
